Personalise a Decoration Kit - New House Family of 2
Purchases are protected by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 which give you the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the item.
If you change your mind about the item, you will be required to pay any return postage costs to us.
A refund will be given within 3 days of us receiving the item back.
After this 14-day period, returns are accepted only for items that arrive faulty or damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds will not be valid for any items damaged after delivery due to customer handling.

Placing Your Order:
- Orders placed before 4pm on working days (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the following working day.
- Orders placed on weekends and Bank Holidays are dispatched the next working day.
