Last week, Andy spent time at Pilgrim Foodservice delivering a product development workshop to telesales staff.


The team created dishes including fish and chips and crayfish cocktail using fresh ingredients provided by the business. Andy guided the team with their cooking and supported with any questions about how the ingredients could be used in hospitality dishes.




The session helped staff to improve their confidence of the products and the way in which they can be used.
