Our Client Engagement Manager Andy has been been working with Pilgrim Foodservice telesales staff, delivering a cookery workshop.
The session consisted of creating various dishes using food products and hopefully enhancing sales of the products as a result.
The telesales team made Egg and feta stuffed croissants and ginger chicken from recipes. Staff were also able to taste-test mushroom Arancini, vegan bao buns and vegan dhal curry pasties, hopefully giving them improved knowledge and confidence in their products being sold to customers in the future.
