Depart with your own handcrafted mince pies; beautifully made, ready to freeze, and perfect for indulging in a touch of festive luxury whenever the mood strikes. 📅 Date: Wednesday 10th December 2025 📍 Location: Lincoln Eco Pantry, Bailgate ⏰ Schedule: 5:40pm – Arrive to a warm welcome from our team, enjoy a cup of non-alcoholic mulled wine, and take a moment to browse the beautifully curated store. 6:00pm – 8:15pm – Immerse yourself in an indulgent, hands-on Gingerbread Mince Pie Workshop, where creativity meets mastering the art of festive baking. 8:15pm – 8:45pm – Conclude your evening with an exclusive after-hours shopping experience, and discover your festive favourites in an intimate, relaxed setting. 🔞 Age Restriction: open to ages 18 and over. 🍰 All ingredients and utensils provided. ♿ Accessibility: please note, the workshop is held upstairs and there is no lift access. 🅿️ Parking: street parking is available in the Bailgate area.

Cancellation Policy
Should you not be able to attend, please give us as much notice as possible. Our cancellation fees are as follows: • Cancellations made with more than 72 hours' notice will not be charged a fee. • Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice will be charged a fee of 50% of the workshop price. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged a fee of 100% of the workshop price.
