Join Andy for a hands-on workshop at Lincoln Eco Pantry, where you'll learn to craft fresh pasta from the organic ingredients stocked in-store. Discover traditional hand-rolling techniques, reduce waste, and create a variety of delicious pasta to take home for cooking, freezing, or drying. Embrace your culinary creativity and gain confidence in your cooking skills while enjoying the art of pasta-making! 5:40pm - arrive at the venue, meet the team and enjoy a drink whilst browsing the shop. 6pm - approximately 8:15pm - enjoy our Pasta Making Workshop. 8:15pm - 8:45pm - Take advantage of this exclusive shopping time and make any purchases. *PLEASE NOTE: The workshop takes place upstairs and there is no lift access.

Should you not be able to attend, please give us as much notice as possible. Our cancellation fees are as follows: • Cancellations made with more than 72 hours' notice will not be charged a fee. • Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice will be charged a fee of 50% of the workshop price. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged a fee of 100% of the workshop price.
