Making Fresh Pasta From Scratch

There’s something special about making pasta from scratch, getting your hands into the dough, learning a new skill and enjoying the experience together. 👩‍🍳✨

We recently welcomed a fantastic group to Nettleham Community Hub for an evening of Make Fresh Pasta From Scratch. With everyone bringing their own bottle, the evening was relaxed, sociable and welcoming from the start. 🍷😊

Everyone had the chance to mix and knead their dough, roll their pasta by hand and then try out a pasta machine. The real creativity came when it was time to make ravioli, with everyone turning their carefully rolled pasta sheets into their own delicious creations. 🍝💛

Best of all, everyone got to take their handmade pasta home, ready to cook and enjoy. 🏠🍴

It was a brilliant evening of learning, creativity and good company, proving that making pasta is just as much about the experience as it is about the food. ❤️
