On 17 September 2025 we hosted our second pasta making workshop at Lincoln Eco Pantry and it was another brilliant evening of flour-dusted hands, laughter, and fresh pasta.

This week’s session built on the momentum from our first workshop, with plenty of space for everyone to find their rhythm.

What we got up to

  • Worked through the core steps from dough to shaping, with extra tips for getting the texture just right.

  • Shared simple ways to troubleshoot common pasta problems (too dry, too sticky, tearing, uneven thickness).

  • Talked through storage and cooking so your pasta stays delicious at home too.

Lovely feedback from the group

The feedback afterwards was genuinely lovely. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the session, and it was a joy to see people leave feeling confident (and excited) to make pasta again at home.

Thank you to Lincoln Eco Pantry for hosting us, and to everyone who came along and made the evening such a warm, welcoming one.
